Catholic Charities Maine Development & Marketing Department in Portland has a Full-Time (30 hours/week) opening for a Creative Service Manager.

Definition: The Creative Service Manager is responsible for developing and executing the creative approach for all Catholic Charities Maine’s (CCM) programs and general Agency marketing plans. The position works closely with the Communications and Development Managers to design and create necessary print and on-line marketing materials – including brochures, printed and electronic newsletters, flyers, posters, print ads, social media formatting, logos, letterhead, PowerPoint presentations, and direct mail pieces. Further, the position is responsible for editing the agency web site, providing limited assistance in copywriting, and editing updates for all printing and electronic communications. In addition, this position will work with and manage all outside printing vendors and sign vendors, as well as all vendors for the printing of specialty promotional items – cups, mugs, bags, etc.

This position has the potential for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months, upon performance review. Starting annual salary range is $44,000 - $48,000. Salary commensurate with experience. Resumes will be accepted until position is filled.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Graphic Design, Communications, etc.), or equivalent experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with graphics programs, such as InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite Software.
• This position also requires experience with various facets of print production and distribution as well as photography and direct-email programs (Constant Contact or similar).
