FINSYNC is looking for a CRM & Data Reporting Analyst who will help turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Working closely with our internal teams, this person will coordinate reporting for FINSYNC's CRM, key applications and financial/operational tools. This person must enjoy working with data, obsess about data quality, and be curious about how things work to identify improvement opportunities within operations.

Successful Candidates Have:

• 3+ years of active utilization and reporting using CRM (HubSpot a plus).
• 3+ years of experience with data reporting and analysis.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) to construct ad-hoc reporting using formulas, pivot tables and charts, as well as for data quality/merging across multiple datasets.
• Ability to understand multiple business functions and translate needs into reporting capabilities to improve visibility of data.
• Experience establishing reporting for monitoring data quality.
• Problem solving capabilities, critical thinker, able to investigate root causes and recommend solutions.
• (Preferred) Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) to extract data for basic analysis and reporting.
• (Preferred) Experience with creating reports and accessing data through business intelligence products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to source for reporting of CRM and related data requests.
• Collect, analyze, and report data (internal and external to the CRM) for key performance indicators and metrics that matter. Includes developing reports, dashboards, forecasting, trending and tracking results for the purposes of supporting operational excellence, decision-making, and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data and analytical needs and enhance customer and pipeline reporting capabilities and data reliability for sales, marketing and operations.
• Create and implement procedures related to CRM systems to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Support and enhance ad-hoc reporting processes and continuously analyze for automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation for data flows and mapping to the customer journey and FINSYNC Playbook, including how data flows throughout the CRM and integrated/related systems.
• Assist with data testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM, including integrations, to ensure the most effective approach and usage of data.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure the success of the CRM data and reporting for all aspects of the company.
