The Carlisle Group has been retained to find a talented CRM Specialist. Our client is an independent investment and wealth advisor (RIA) dedicated to helping others maximize their stewardship of God’s resources. This organization serves a growing number of individual investors, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in building a legacy. They were founded in 1990 and are headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. They oversee approximately $800 million in assets.

Position summary:

• Prepare operations materials for appointment requests.
• Operations Team project support

• Providing support and communication to ensure that team projects are well executed.
• Collaborate with other teams when working on joint projects.

• Tech Stack SME (Salesforce focus)

• Develop and implement “quick win” solutions based on feedback from users.
• Explore new functionality to improve user experience.
• Provide advanced reporting for service teams.
• Develop and run recons to ensure data integrity within Salesforce and between other platforms.
• Set up integrations with existing Ambassador software and identify opportunities for new integrations.
• Work with consultants to develop and test complex workflows.

• Document and track daily restrictions & trading reconciliations.
• Generate and synthesize complex reports for executive, advisory, and trading teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM IT experience (preference is Salesforce)
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Internal customer service skills include being organized, detailed, and efficient.
• Ability to multi-task between multiple demands.
• Ability to be a subject matter expert in Salesforce and learn other document management software.
• Financial industry experience preferred but not required.
