We need an experienced professional with AI/ML knowledge and experience to ensure stability and continued success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for you to join our team as we support current and future partnerships as well as growth in our AI/ML market sector. You’ll monitor cost, schedule, and reporting of multiple initiatives using tools and regular interactions with executive staff, industry partners, and market teams. The real power of project coordination comes from communication, so you will assist in fiscal year planning and relationship management support and provide data reporting to leadership on execution. This is a chance to directly improve how we grow our AI/ML footprint by developing project strategy and eliminating risks across projects. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have: Â

• Experience with supporting the development and maintenance of project budgets and workflow management

• Experience with managing and synthesizing information for key decision briefs and supporting materials

• Experience with providing relationship management support in assessing partnership opportunities

• Experience supporting AI/ML portfolio of projects

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools

• Ability to plan meetings and logistics, including written correspondence, and review documents for consistency, grammar, and context

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with senior executives and technical staff

• Ability to leverage internal network of leadership, SMEs, and corporate staff to accomplish objectives effectively

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with developing dashboards to support project reporting

• Experience interacting with executives, federal clients, academia, and the commercial sector

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
