Salary Range: $36000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Support/aid Agency Producers with pre and post sale tasks
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
- Respond to all inquiries and sales requests within a specified timeframe
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Must possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
- A Property & Casualty license will be required within 90 days from the date of hire
- No prior insurance sales/knowledge is needed to apply
