Exploration Place is seeking a full-time Custodial Associate to join our team in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. As a Custodial Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning the galleries, public spaces and outside grounds of our facility, to ensure a positive visitor experience for all guests. This position also aids in the set-up and teardown of tables before and after daytime events, etc.
Physical requirements of this position include the ability to move large tables and chairs and be able to spend an extended amount of time on your feet. The successful candidate must have a general knowledge of cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment and safe work practices. A high school diploma or equivalent and custodial experience required. Weekend and holiday hours may be required. Successful candidate must be able to pass a background screen and a drug screen.
