The Powder Shop is seeking a Custodian to perform the janitorial work and the facilities maintenance for a 4-building campus.

Specific Duties

· Perform the janitorial duties to maintain the office space, restrooms, and break-rooms.

· Perform minor maintenance such as replacing door knobs, replacing toilet floats, replacing light bulbs, etc.

· Perform facility maintenance such as “weed wracking” around buildings, picking up trash in the yard.

This position requires a trustworthy individual who can work independently in an effective manner.

This is a part-time job that will require 20 hr. per week and the hours can be flexible, i.e. after work or on the weekend.

There is an opportunity for this to be a full-time job, with higher pay, if the candidate is willing to take on more duties in operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
