Overview:
In addition to Full-Time employment with our partner, this program provides NO COST skills-based training to highly motivated individuals. This training is tailored to the specific role and includes both technical and interpersonal components. This unique work-study opportunity differs from the typical job. Our solution, for those who are ready, will put you on the right personal, academic, and professional path while providing the necessary support and mentorship to help keep you there.
- Phase 1 - Training (Up to 12 Weeks):
- Classes and certification test preparation will be held Monday – Friday
- Training will include:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Technical Training and Certification (as needed)
- Phase 1 Compensation: $18.00/hour
- Phase 2 - Full-Time Employment:
- Full-Time work (38 hours/week) with a training component (2 hours/week)
- Throughout the program you will receive continued support and individual mentorship to ensure your success.
- Phase 2 Compensation:
- $18.00/Hour (Plus Benefits after 90 days)
This role is within the Customer Experience and Technical Support team and is a partner to the Business-to-Business (B2B) customers and Sales team. You will assist partners by providing product information, processing orders, and problem-solving with a sense of urgency to deliver a great customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will have direct, day-to-day interaction with B2B customers and Sales partners. This includes answering calls or emails to enter and process orders, provide product information, and respond to order inquiries. Education requirements include: High School Diploma; Experience requirements include: 2-3 years Customer Care or Customer Service experience.
Candidate Profile:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of Customer Service/Customer Care Experience
- Available to work full-time
- Provide ongoing, daily support to external and internal customers, spanning all CGI product lines
- Utilize Salesforce solutions to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports
- Enter and manage orders in SAP
- Provide product information, pricing and availability
- Provide ongoing support of Inside and Outside Sales team
- Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information
- This position requires regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of Customer Service/Customer Care Experience
- Available to work full-time
- SAP experience preferred
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred
- Microsoft Outlook experience preferred
