As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Director of first impressions and brand ambassador for Wallaroo's, furniture and mattresses.
• Work with store manager and sales associate to provide a fantastic Customer Experience.
• Greet customers using the Wallaroo's meet and greet.
• Process customers payments.
• Participate in maintaining the look and feel of the Wallaroo's show room by setting up your product, cleaning, and moving product under the direction of store manager.
• Learn under the mentorship of our store leaders with the goal of promotion to a full sales associate or delivery driver.
• Assist in maintaining store social media and online marketing.
• Participate in special events and sales events.
• Assist customers in “pack-out” of floor models and “take-with” sales.
• Be the “hype-person”.
• Regularly share content both organic and shares from the Wallaroo’s Marketing Team.
• Embody the core values of Wallaroo’s - integrity, fun, work ethic and teamwork.
• Help organize sales orders and notify customers when product has arrived.
• Help close sales orders after product pick up.
• Answer the phone as needed.
• Be able to articulate clearly and with conviction, the Wallaroo’s story.
• Maintain standards of dress and appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
