Customer Master Data Supervisor

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As the Master Data Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities related to customer and pricing master data administration. The Master Data Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and deployment of resources within the department. This position will assist in the development and implementation of a plan to ensure master data validity within the Divisional and Regional levels in order to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability.

• Scheduling, training, performance evaluation and deployment of resources within the department.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business plan to ensure master data validity within the Divisional and Regional levels in order to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor and manage daily, weekly, monthly work volumes to ensure timely and accurate data administration.
• Develop/maintain reports to track performance and trends to share with manager and other BSC and Regional management teams.
• Remedy any and all items related to customer pricing and customer master issues. Work closely with field associates to ensure issues are resolved timely and accurately.
• Communicate to Division support staff and field associates any discrepancies in pricing or customer master.
• Assist in leading acquisition related activities for customer and pricing administration functions, including due diligence and conversion action items.
• Lead all mass update and pricing initiative projects
• ADHOC projects as needed mainly related to pricing initiatives set by the company.

Are you a MATCH?

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Finance/Business Administration preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, including supervisory positions, preferably with multi-industry knowledge and exposure.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, experience with SAP and/or ERP systems a plus

Preferred Competencies:

• Strong organizational, team-building and people skills. The ability to work and navigate within a complex matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to understand the impact of new technologies on processes and costs.
• Experience integrating new technologies into day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
