To keep up with client demand, our sales division has an immediate opening for a Customer Relations Representative. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with training on a wide range of responsibilities. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling prospective and current customer requests and questions on behalf of our clients. The right candidate will be an effective communicator who can provide exceptional customer service while adhering to our company's strict communications policies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate directly with customers on products and services offered by our clients, expanding on the advantages and closing sales opportunities
• Work alongside other members within the Sales Division to evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign to improve sales results for future campaigns
• Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience
• Participate in daily team planning meetings, trainings, and conference calls to stay up to date on all client product knowledge, sales tactics, customer turnover, and expectations
• Make recommendations for remedies to customer issues.
• Handle difficult customers in a professional manner

Customer Relations Representative Qualifications:

• A background in Customer Acquisition, Sales, Customer Service, or Communications
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
• An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
• A knack for relating to a multitude of personalities and developing a sense of comfort with new customers
• A reliable and self-sufficient personality

This is a full-time immediate hire position that requires daily travel to our office. We offer different compensation packages starting at $45,000 annually.
