Magnets USA & LifeLong Gifts is looking for dynamic and charismatic individuals for Customer Service and Sales positions. We are expanding and looking for representatives, your main responsibility is to treat every client with the dedication and care that is at the heart of our values. We are not just in the sales and customer service industry; we are in the relationship building industry.

The ideal candidate for this position considers themselves a people-person, someone who loves to connect with others. They are highly creative and quick on their feet, always ready to pivot when necessary to help each client with their own unique needs. This candidate must be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment while keeping themselves and their teammates motivated. Sales and customer service experience is a plus, but above all our ideal candidate is committed to their work and demonstrates a desire and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Contact and respond to current and potential clients in a timely manner.
• Acquire and demonstrate a deep understanding of our full product line.
• Manage and organize multiple client accounts.
• Provide customer support.
• Educate clients on sales and setup processes.
• Execute sales transactions.
• Data entry such as quote support, record management, coordination, etc. via defined processes.
• Communicate across departments during order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Work well with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
