The Customer Service / Data Entry Professional will be responsible for processing applications, running criminal background checks, and producing ID's for vendors who wish to carry the Safe Communities Vendor ID. This ID allows vendors to work in participating gated communities and condominiums. In addition to the above responsibilities this position also answers phones, provides customer service support about the program to vendors and communities, receives and writes emails, processes incoming and outgoing mail, and all other reasonable duties requested of them by their supervisor.
