We are a promotional products company located in Ontario, CA looking for our next CSM (customer service manager).

We at AnyPromo do promotional products... you know those cool items you might get from an employer on your first day, or giveaways you might get at a trade show? Yep, that's what we do!

For this position: Ideally, you would have at least 5 years of any type of team lead experience or role where you have mentored/coached others to be the best version of themselves when it comes to being a customer service rockstar. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and providing guidance to our customer service and account managers. You will be working with the Director of Operations to co-lead a couple different CS teams.

The Plan:
We will bring you on board, and send you through a abbreviated training program where you will learn all about who we are, what we do, and how to be great.

After that, we share details about the coaching process we already do, workflow, etc so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Compensation: Compensation is DOE. We also have medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, among other perks.
