Job description
Hours are from 8:00am-4:30pm.Pay is $18-$22 depending on experience.
Must be available for OT w/o advance notice.
Must be able to handle heavy emails and phone calls.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Will have to sit in front of a monitor for continuous hours.
Must be comfortable assisting drivers over the phone and in person.
Must know 10 key.
Must work well under pressure and deadlines.
Experience with Profit Tools is a plus.
Bilingual preferred, but not necessary.
Must be willing to cross train and help in other departments.
Must be coachable.
