We are seeking to add a full-time permanent position to our Customer Service Team. This is a 1st shift position Monday - Friday. Our Customer Service Team plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and quality parts delivered as described. This position starts off at $18/hr with significant growth potential for the right person. We also offer health insurance as well as an IRA plan with company match.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Positive, Professional Attitude
- Team Player
- Solid understanding of computers and technology
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and organization
- Customer Service Experience
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Automotive Experience is a plus
- Current and Valid MI Driver’s License

Summary of the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales in a fast-paced work environment. Most of these sales will come from customers who see our products on the internet and want to order them. Your job will be to get those parts to these customers in the most efficient way possible with the best possible experience for the customer!
This position requires a high attention to detail and advanced understanding of computers and technology. Organization and communication are of the utmost importance. The potential candidate must be SELF MOTIVATED with a goal-oriented focus.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Maintain required weekly sales expectations
- Ability to multi-task and time management skills
- Ability to work and relate to a wide variety of customers
- Maintain timely communication with customers
- Provide positive problem resolution with customers. Ensure accurate record of resolution.
- Ensure customer order accuracy
- Be a team player
- Present yourself in a Professional Manner
