First Shift, Full-Time, Monday - Friday

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives that meet the below requirements. The ideal candidate for this position can adapt to different working methods, is self motivated, and has a great attitude. We provide all the tools needed for success!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for call and address accordingly
• Demonstrate effective decision-making, problem solving and communication skills to de-escalate customer’s issues and concerns.
• Accurately receive, enter and/or cancel orders as necessary
• Handle returns according to company policies
• Work within a ticketing system to review, answer and process requests
• Has a desire to make outbound calls to excel potential company growth.
• Keep up with our brands including the corresponding style numbers and knowledge of comparable garments, read size charts and specifications and maintain knowledge of fabric terminology.
• Upsell and promote all our decoration options.
• Knowledge of products, price structures, and commissions.
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Call Center experience preferred
• Customer Service experience required
• Excellent Computer skills, including Experience with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and retain information quickly
• Excellent phone, written and verbal skills
• Ability to sit for long periods

Full-Time // Monday-Friday; NO WEEKENDS // Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays // Insurance Package

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
