Customer Service Representative/ Claims Handler
Our client, a leading Financial Services organization are looking to hire a Claims Handler to join their growing team. This is a full time permanent role and reports into the Team Manager.
Role Overview:
- You will be responsible for reviewing cases in line with established standards, procedures and guidance provided
- Identifying complex cases and escalating them to more qualified colleagues to ensure they at handled appropriately
- Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction
- Organizing and using approved internal/ external suppliers to ensure upmost customer satisfaction
- Providing support to more experienced colleagues
- Contributing to the production of new policy wordings or reviews of existing policy wordings to ensure current and accurate documentation
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From €24,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
