As IES expands our team, we have a full-time opportunity for a customer service representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge through education and/or experience
• Positive and professional demeanor with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred
• Familiarity with product categories and lines represented preferred
• Strong work ethic and capacity to thrive in a team environment
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and external partners
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Valid driver's license may be required

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & OPPORTUNITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Provide information about products and services
• Enter sales quotes
• Accurately and quickly process and track orders
• Work with sales team to assist customers with product selection, brand, and pricing options, as well as technical information
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Facilitate inventory control
• Help with day-to-day branch operations
• Continually develop product knowledge, and attend/participate in manufacturer product training
