We provide construction and maintenance service to primarily supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial/industrial businesses. Our employees are servicing the Mid-Atlantic region out of 7 branch offices-Mechanicsburg PA, Allentown PA, Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA, Baltimore MD, Laurel DE Raleigh NC. We pride ourselves in workmanship and customer satisfaction and are looking for motivated, career minded candidates who set this same high standard.

We are seeking 2 full-time 9am-7:30pm (Sun-Wed) and 9am-7:30pm (Wed-Sat) customer service Representative to be a part of our team. This position will be located out of our Mechanicsburg, PA office. This position will be responsible for handling all incoming customer calls, entering service request into our software system, purchasing, dispatching and miscellaneous administrative duties. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
• Excellent data entry skills required
• Good organizational skills
• Effective multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain strong & frequent communication with customers and internal team
• Ability to work in an open-air office setting
