Your role

- help guide a team of world class of Physical Access and Social Engineering testers
- build relationships and interact with throughout the Business and Technology organizations
- help inform, build and execute sophisticated tests, while coordinating closely with a wide range of counterparts, and partners
- work closely with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Modeling functions to develop testing scenarios that effectively emulate relevant threat actors
- support executive simulation and staff testing functions
- coordinate effectively with the physical security function to ensure a smooth execution of physical penetration testing activities
- plan and execute physical penetration and social engineering exercises by replicating, in a safe way, the tactics, techniques and procedures of threat actors, including periodic reporting of progresses
- contribute to detailed reports of findings, analysis and recommendations
- participate operational briefings and presentations to non-technical audience and executive management, as required
- provide physical penetration and social engineering technical expertise to the CIS Offensive Security Team and to the Cyber & Information Security (CIS) function overall

You would be joining a world-class offensive security team with a global mandate. Working closely with our Team Lead, you will help implement, guide and conduct agile, data-centric, and threat-informed Physical Access and Social Engineering tests that emulate sophisticated threat actors. The person selected for this position will be able to say yes to these questions, and will play a key role within a small, globally positioned team, starting with implementation of our team’s playbook and technology stack.
You will also help ensure both processes and tools are fit for purpose and aligned with business priorities. This team will contribute to our bank's efforts in adopting and maintaining a system-wide view of threat-driven risks, with the goal of working with management to control these risks.
You will be part of the physical penetration and social engineering aspects of the Offensive Security Team, with a presence in Israel, Singapore, Zurich and the US.
Your role will be based in the US, you will be a critical member of the Physical Access and Social Engineering team, operating under the banner of CIS Offensive Security, which is part of our bank’s Cyber & Information Security Office.

Your expertise
- ideally 10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in areas such as Physical Security, Social Engineering and Cyber Security, with an emphasis on program development, technical skills, and collaboration
- deep knowledge of intelligence gathering and analysis, especially OSINT
- experience with red team testing of high-consequence systems and facilities
- knowledge and experience with the technical tools and software that directly supports physical and logical red team tests
- proven ability to plan and conduct a wide variety of targeted social engineering tests of business processes
- an inquisitive mind and passion for cyber and information security that includes an interest and willingness to seek out and participate in cross-training
- able to operate at an advanced level of written and spoken communication in English; write and speak effectively with impact
- strong project management and presentation skills
- additionally, some knowledge of the Financial Services would be beneficial
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or equivalent professional training
- expert knowledge of cyber security trends, technologies, and their applicability to the financial industry
- experience with security frameworks such as CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Security
