A leading Insurance company in Dublin is looking for someone with Data Analysis/ Admin experience to join their team on a temporary basis. The purpose of this role will be to carry out the technical administration work for this project. This will include setting up the Share Point site, the online form using Qualtrics, carrying out daily interfaces between Qualtrics and Share Point, mail merges, issuing letters and managing communication via the phone.

Responsibilities of the Data Analysis/ Admin:

• Set up and manage Share Point lists
• Set up and manage Online form using Qualtrics
• Carry out daily data reconciliations and interfaces between systems
• Complete large mail merge exercise(s), ensuring all data is fully checked
• Liaise with printers to print and send mailing(s) out to customers
• Collate MI data from Share Point for each client
• Collate data for upload to the Mercer administration system
• Take calls from clients and carry out validation over the phone

Experience required for the Data Analysis/ Admin:

• Ability to skill up on technology quickly
• Ability to take ownership of work
• High degree of attention to detail
• Highly proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
