Required:

• Creating dashboards in Tableau that provide ongoing business intelligence to process owners and executives
• Exploring and analyzing large amounts of data (structured and unstructured) for key themes, trends, anomalies, and emerging risks; communicating these key findings to process owners and leadership, as needed, to support ongoing process improvements
• Assisting management with the development and documentation of achievable and balanced action plans to remediate identified control weaknesses
• Developing metrics and reporting that provide status updates and results to senior leadership
• Having strong skillset/experience in validating the completeness and accuracy of analytics
• Building analytics that replace manual processes
• Building these analytics leveraging SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Leveraging data analytics to create controls and proactively detect issues/gap
• Building analytics around key technology risks

Additional Job Details: :

• What you have Required: 8+ years of experience in data analytics leveraging SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, etc Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, computer science, business, or related field and/or related experience Strong written and oral communication skills Nice to Have: Strong experience in risks and controls Familiarity with IT control and security frameworks (COBIT, COSO, NIST) and associated key risks (a plus) Prior experience performing control evaluations within a complex environment Strong understanding of financial institutions and the associated audit and regulatory environment Large public accounting experience Master’s degree and/or certifications preferred (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.)
• - **Intake Notes** - 6 month - LOA coverage - The works with various other teams in technology to help build out analytics on their systems/data - Need a seasoned data analytics person. - 3 tools required: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau - Will help create/edit dashboard that will go to the CIO and board of directors so they must be very experienced in data analytics. must be comfortable with creating dashboards for senior leadership. - Must be able to ensure accurate data. Ability to test data and dashboard for accurayc. - Higher desired: strong solution oriented personality, must be driven/curious and pro-active. - Nice to have: technology risk/cyber security compliance , financial institution, Big 4 background
