Job description
The position will report to the Strategic Partners Operations Manager and is required to report to the SHI Somerset office location.

- Lead BI & Power BI reporting strategy/analytics for our own departmental requirements as well as partner facing needs.
- Provide sales and leadership consistent and regular BI reporting detailing the effectiveness of projects and programs through recurring meetings and status messaging
- Provide PPSS Management reporting on the effectiveness of each partner within the projects and Programs
- Provide and articulate data to internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding across a variety of positions and teams
- Help standardize and manage PPSS PowerBI Dashboards
- Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs around departmental focus on efficiency and delivery, understanding of process performance and potential points of process degradation
- Provide support for back-end reporting processes for a wide range of partner programs.
- Work closely with the EDI teams to ensure smooth operations related to backend reporting for partner programs.
- Generate reports from multiple databases/data sets merging into spreadsheets and/or database
- Write formulas and macros in Microsoft Excel and Access for reporting and database management
- Develop and improve reporting structures across all department touch points
- Adapt quickly to changes and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple issues simultaneously
- Coordinate and interface with other departments, representing the department, in developing and streamlining processes
- Continually look forward in discovering how to increase SHI’s overall profitability within the program
- Provide custom reporting to management as needed.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve on issues relating to process breakdowns and communication breakdowns
- Provide Excel assistance and training from basic 101 to advanced techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
- Minimum 1 year of business office experience, Inside/outside sales experience or Partner Sales Support experience preferred

- Ability to utilize reporting tools to run reports and distribute
- Ability to oversee the handling of large volume of data and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with business tools such as Customer resource Management, Sales Center, AX, etc.
- Experience with SharePoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to read and understand contracts and RFP’s
- Ability to train others in the department
- Ability to create project documentation on processes and procedures
- Ability to be a forward thinking and creative in discovering ways to increase overall profitability
- Analytic approach, strong problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Power BI and BI reporting, Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience working in the company’s pre-sales support (ex. Software & Licensing)
- Working knowledge of all company departments and resource contacts
- Partners’ Certifications must be maintained during employment if applicable
- Position could require no more than 10% of travel
- Extended hours are required to complete some special projects
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
