You would join Noblis’ Law Enforcement Programs division as we continue to grow our capabilities. Today our team consists of developers, scientists, engineers, researchers, and analysts that have served federal, state, and local government clients on the most difficult high-consequence problems in analytics, biometrics, AI/machine learning, encryption, and forensic science for over 20 years. Our team is engaged across the law enforcement and intelligence community and has been instrumental in making our customers’ programs successful in analytics, automation, and digital solutions spanning identity science, AI/machine learning, computer vision, biometrics, forensics, media analytics, systems engineering, software development/integration, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
The Data and Collections Support Specialist responsibilities include providing assistance with data entry, validation, and field support as needed, in the processing of lawful court orders. This operational position shall support both the processing and collection operations groups for all court-ordered requests and shall work directly with providers and field personnel in assisting to resolve any collection and order retrieval issues that may arise. Additional responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Unit personnel and assets in the field to ensure information received is accurate and entered within 24 hours of receipt; and
- Analyze and provide data-driven order and collection reports to management and provide technical support services required to facilitate the government's ability to collect and analyze evidence and intelligence.
- Associate degree in General Studies, or other related field of study; or in lieu of college level education: High School/GED graduate, plus six (6) months of specialized experience in the processing of lawful court orders.
- At least one (1) year experience in data entry and validation of information; and
- Experience in analyzing reports and retrieving information within highly sensitive programs and systems.
- Ability to analyze and provide data-driven order and collection reports to management and provide technical support services required to facilitate the government's ability to collect and analyze evidence and intelligence.
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Polygraph eligibility.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
