(Bilingual preferred but not required) Construction cleaning company is looking for a self motivated individual who wants to be part of our team. We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to input information into our database from e-mail and phone call inquiries. No experience necessary, we will provide training on our software.

The ideal candidate would be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. This is a fast paced environment with room for growth, pay raise after initial job performance assessment.

Preferred skills
Basic computer knowledge with typing skills. Bonus if you have knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer sale information.
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Update existing data
Other duties as assigned

Good command of English both oral and written with customer service skills
High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Part time. 30 hours potential full time.

Pay: $18.00 and then $19.00 after 30 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule:
