Position: Delivery Driver/Yard Hand

Location: Fairbanks

Reports to: Service Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Deliver Driver is to help deliver parts and small equipment in the Fairbanks area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver small equipment locally

· Completing local parts runs and deliveries

· Assist with moving equipment/materials in and out of shop

· Assist with keeping yard, shop, and parts inventory clean and organized

· Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· 18 years of age or older

· Have a valid Drivers License

· Equipment and fork-lift operational experience is a plus

· Dependable team player with a positive attitude

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to work 40+ hrs per week

· Must be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule in the summer

· Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

· Must be able to pass a drug test

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must be able to lift at least 30-45 pounds on a regular basis and be able to stand for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to weather conditions. Employee will be exposed to oils and general shop materials during daily activities. Company uniforms and PPE will be supplied as necessary.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
