Job Summary::
This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60–1.4(a), 60–300.5(a) and 60–741.5(a). The Delivery Lead is an experienced servant leader who collaborates with technical leads and business sponsors to lead the successful delivery of work. The Delivery Lead communicates the direction and vision of the solution, ensures the sprint and release goals meet the solution, and ensure any sponsor feedback is incorporated. The Delivery Lead assists the team where necessary by providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members, resolves issues and disputes, and conveys sponsor vision, purpose and political landscape to provide context and perspective to team members. Success in this role is supporting effective scope and user story breakdown, planning and prioritizing, removing impediments, communicating delivery schedule, and championing the delivery of the work. The Delivery Lead fosters a high-performing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement. The Delivery Lead also reports on project status and forecasts against a larger roadmap.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, gather information, and present that information to the team and upper management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong documentation and process skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk
- Minimum of 8 years of prior experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Project Manager

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly DoDAF
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
