We are looking for a powerhouse Design & Product Development Coordinator. Misha and Puff is seeking an insanely organized, charismatic, detail oriented, luxury kids fashion-obsessed person to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the product development process, including adhering to the production calendar, tracking and closely monitoring schedules to ensure on-time product delivery. Coordinating logistics and tracking for all sample fabric, raw materials and garment samples keeping all team members up-to-date on product status will be critical. Communication skills are important as there will be a lot of back and forth with vendors and internally to ensure the products are received as expected and deadlines are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage product development process between production, design and our overseas vendors to ensure timely and accurate approval and development processes.
- Track and manage approval process to ensure time and action deadlines are met.
- Track, report on and organize samples, fabric submits, lab dips, handlooms, strike offs, 1st protos, knit downs, wash panels and line review/photo samples.
- Prepare and ship materials for development & production, including fabric and trim submit cards.
- Responsible for building BOMs, label guides and auditing TPs before handoff
- Organize, tag, date and log all samples, reference fabrics, submits & pantones
- Manage the line sheet updates and communicate across the team
- Support production team by proofing all artwork for cartons, labels, hangtags to ensure smooth receipt of goods.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships
- Highly detail oriented with exceptional follow up and follow through
- Flexible/adaptable to work in a highly collaborative start up environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Background and Experience:
- 1-3 years of product development experience, ideally with apparel and consumer facing digital/ecommerce business
- Experiencewith an early to mid-stage start up
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in merchandising or equivalent business experience
