Job description

Desktop support specialist. You will be working mostly independently so you have to be resourceful and self-disciplined with your time. Position is on-location in client's office in Hollywood FL.

Requirements:
Verifiable, previous experience in IT support position. Minimum 3 years.
Must be very well-organized and structured.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10 and basic MACs
Strong understanding of networking, O365 and AD domain
Strong people and communication skills. Patience to help users who might not be computer savvy.

You will be the single point of contact for anything IT. Servers and networks are managed by a senior network admin team who can assist you as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
