Assist & supervise developmentally disabled individuals in socialization skills, daily living skills and provide integrated activities throughout the local community. Aide in fostering the continued growth of our friends as they grow towards further independence in daily life all the while making friends and having fun! This is accomplished by having day-to-day interactions with our friends in a Day Program setting and out in the community enjoying fun activities such as bowling, dancing, visiting Columbus Zoo, parks, etc. We pride ourselves on being safe 1st and foremost and 2nd having an inordinate amount of fun as we work with our clients.

Requirements:

• Be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Have less than 6 points on your driving record
• Have the ability to lift and transfer individuals (we will teach techniques!)
