Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide services to clients in the Blaine, MN area!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals on daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
• Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
• Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• High school degree, GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass DHS background study
• Preferred: experience and/or training with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities. Passionate about serving others!

PART-TIME HOURS (under 30 hours):

Weekdays: Morning 6-2, Evenings 2-10

Weekends: Mornings 6-2, Evenings 2-10

FULL-TIME HOURS (30+ hours):

Weekdays: Morning 6-2, Evenings 2-10

Weekends: Mornings 6-2, Evenings 2-10

Level I DSP: $19.00 hourly on Weekdays / $20.00 hourly on Weekends

• Part-time staff who work less than 29 hours per week are offered the following benefit: 403B Retirement Plan (matched at 3%).
• Full-time staff who work between 30-35 hours per week are offered the following benefits: Medical and 403B Retirement Plan (matched at 3%).
