DIRECTOR - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Seeking a Director to manage the inpatient psychiatric Adult and Adolescent service in the Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, NE--a beautiful hospital in a quaint city close to WY and CO in the Great Plains—a regional hospital committed to behavioral health in their facility and in their community. Regional West Medical Center has been named one of the top ten Rural and Community Hospitals in the US and is in the top 10% of the nation for patient safety. Scottsbluff is 1 hour and 43 minutes from Cheyenne, WY and 2 hours and 20 minutes from Fort Collins, CO. Denver, CO and Rapid City, SD are within 200 miles of Scottsbluff.

The BH Director is responsible for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the overall administration of patient care for an 18-bed adult and adolescent inpatient psychiatric service. Seeking a strong, experienced leader who has lead behavioral health teams through the continuing regulatory changes and can provide accountability for a stable department. Candidates must show sustained success in recruiting, process change, increasing volumes/revenue, and building teams.
Included in these responsibilities are:
- The development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program.
- The development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program.
- Strategic planning, program administration, and development.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 3+ years experience managing an acute care inpatient psychiatric program in a hospital setting.
- Requires a Master's Degree in a related field or an MSN.
- Must have acute care inpatient behavioral health experience.
