ADI is seeking a motivated, career-oriented, and highly skilled DIRECTOR to help oversee the SUPPORT functions of its Global Operations & Technology (GO&T) organization. This DIRECTOR should possess a strong analytical prowess, an affinity for process improvement & simplification, a collaborative executive presence, and ability to lead global teams. This DIRECTOR should be excited by the complexities of a growing, multinational semiconductor manufacturing company, and be capable of viewing the business from an enterprise lens and bringing that value to the GO&T partners.
Having recently merged with Maxim Integrated, ADI is a growing $12B/year company with billions in annual manufacturing spend. All spend related to manufacturing and associated R&D activity falls under the GO&T umbrella. Within GO&T, there are several different functions directly supporting the production and innovation of our vast and ever-growing product portfolio. As a key partner in the development of new products, GO&T is in constant collaboration with our cross-functional partners in the Business Units and Sales Organizations. GO&T is integral to the overall financial health of the company as we’re responsible for major elements of the balance sheet and the P&L including inventory, product costing, standard margin, gross margin, variances, headcount management, major capital asset investments, etc. Additionally, GO&T plays a key role in driving customer experience metrics like lead times, product quality, and strategic product pricing decisions. We are truly the “hub” of ADI.
This DIRECTOR for GLOBAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT will lead a global team responsible for financial planning and analysis related to: Supply Chain Management, Facilities & EHS, Global Quality, Assembly & Test Technology R&D, Fab Process Technology R&D.
Primary Duties:
  • Lead global team of controllers supporting GO&T partners
  • Drive strategic and financial operating, spending, headcount, and capital plans with partner orgs
  • Responsible for Board of Directors, QBRs, GO&T content, strategic influencer with GO&T executives
  • Performing financial diligence and tradeoff analyses - ROI, DCF, make vs buys, sensitivity models
  • Assist with due diligence related to potential acquisitions & integration support on completed acquisitions
  • Adherence to financial controls, policies, and procedures
  • Travel time required will be less than 10%
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, MBA preferred
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office required; SAP, Anaplan, and/or Workday preferred
  • Developed skills in Power BI, QlikView, or other business analytics tools strongly preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Executive presence with ability to operate at multiple levels

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $153,600 to $211,200.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
