Job Summary and Qualifications

Middle management position with 24-hour responsibility for assigned patient care areas. The Director will promote profession practice and coordinate patient care activities in the areas of administration, clinical, and human resources. This position requires an advanced level of management expertise as demonstrated through leadership, departmental functioning and educational preparation.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current valid California RN license
• Current BCLS certification
• Certified Nurse Administrator preferred
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• National RN certification preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree – BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in medical / surgical health
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in acute care/management
• Minimum 3 years experience as a manager with 24-hour responsibility

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
