LaCore Nutraceuticals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our dietary supplements manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality products are produced efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for leading and developing a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve production goals, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Manage a team of production managers, supervisors, and other staff, ensuring that they have the resources and support necessary to achieve their goals.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the manufacturing process, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices and company goals.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA, GMP, and OSHA regulations.

• Monitor and manage production schedules and budgets, ensuring that they are met within the specified time frame and cost.

• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that products are delivered on time and in full.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, engineering and quality, to ensure that products are developed and manufactured to the highest standards.

• Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement and optimization of manufacturing operations.

• Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that the facility remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in dietary supplements manufacturing is highly preferred.
