Great opportunity to join this prime Dublin four star hotel as Director of Sales. The DOS will focus on maximising sales and achieving revenue budget through business development for all market sectors, but with an emphasis on local and global corporate accounts and will manage all corporate and consortia RFP’s and analysis of GDS production reports.

Overseeing a team of four, this role manages the department’s sales activity including lead generation, sales calls, contracting and rate negotiation, site inspections and trade show attendance as well as social media activity.

This is a senior role, and we are looking for a candidate with at least five years’ experience in the Dublin hotel market at senior sales management level. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive working relations with collaborators across all levels and guiding total hotel team into a strong sales culture.

Must have a proven track record of achieving/exceeding all sales targets and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Dublin market.
