ELI Schools is seeking to hire a Director of Studies in Limerick to define and drive the educational philosophy and strategy of the school and to promote a culture of best practice. As an experienced manager, you will lead the academic department in Limerick for all teachers and students and the decisions you make will impact on the experience of everyone who works and studies with us.

Founded in 2018, ELI Schools is focused on programs for adult students and provides tuition, welfare, and tourism services to over three thousand students from over 40 countries per year.

We are seeking to hire an experienced leader who has demonstrated experience in managing teams of teachers for a provider with a reputation for quality. As the introduction of the IEM is approaching, we are seeking a candidate who has experience with Quality Assurance and managing a school through an accreditation process (ACELS/EAQUALS).

As a new school in the city, your primary focus will be to source, develop, and nurture a team of teachers with a balance of youthful enthusiasm and experienced mentors. You will have the full support of teaching and management teams in Dublin and Drogheda to ensure you have all you need to succeed.

Personal skills and qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated and dynamic with a passion for teaching and student experience
• Ability to multi-task, lead and develop teams
• Level 7 undergraduate degree
• CELTA/TESOL with minimum 5 years management experience
• DELTA / Trinity Dip TESOL OR Master’s degree in Education is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
