Overview:

• Oversee three Florida warehouse operations, by directing and developing employees to ensure a safe work environment is maintained with focus on receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, processing, and all facets involving information technology. This person reports directly to the Vice President and Operations.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all warehouse operations are compliant with the Anheuser-Busch equity agreement.
• Investigate and introduce improvement measures and processes.
• Oversee night and day warehouse operations at each location.
• Use multiple software packages.
• Assign workloads to the warehouse managers and staff.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation and product is stored appropriately.
• Monitor and evaluate employee’s job performance.
• Communicate daily with employees and the VP of Operations any work-related information.
• Adhere to all safety rules and Company policies.
• Ensure all warehouse, dock areas, and equipment are maintained appropriately.
• Ensure the company’s safety policies are in compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Train employees and follow the appraisal process.
• Encourage and support teamwork by assisting with workloads, when time permits, or if needed.
• Ensure forklifts and equipment are maintained and information documented as required.
• Other Duties as Directed by Superiors.

Job Requirement:

• 4-year College Degree Preferred
• Physical ability and skills to complete all job tasks, including the ability to continuously lift 40 lbs and up to 162 lbs
• Must have proven operational/distribution/logistics/warehouse multi-site leadership experience.
• Complete all training required for the position including safety and OSHA training.
• Read /review Suncoast Beverage Sales’ Policy Manual
• Knowledge of proper lift truck & tractor & trailer operations.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Supervise, train, counsel, discipline, and hold accountable all operational employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
