Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils.
- Maintain proper safety guidelines and notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
- Break down recycling and empty garbage.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Set up and breakdown dish machine.
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry and safe.
Other Duties:
- Fill in for other staff as needed.
- Duties assigned by supervisor or other management.
- Assists cooks when needed.
