Job description
The Warewasher at Breakers West washes dishes, pots, and silverware, takes garbage to the dumpster, sweeps and mops floors, maintains the dish and glassware area, cleans the kitchen in all areas, helps with prep, aids in plate ups, works safely, reports malfunctioning equipment to the Chef and all other assigned and related duties.
