Stiamo ricercando un Account Manager (Power Transmission) sul nostro plant di Reggio Emilia
La risorsa inserita sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e della definizione e implementazione delle strategie per lo sviluppo delle vendite presso i clienti chiave e le aree geografiche assegnate, di prodotti Power Transmission
Main Responsibilities
- Definizione e raggiungimento obiettivi vendita relativamente a business Power Transmission presso i Clienti assegnati
- Identificazione di nuove opportunità di vendita e nuovi clienti/settori applicativi relativamente al portafoglio di Power Transmission DANA
- Sviluppo e consolidamento della relazione tecnico-commerciale presso i Clienti assegnati, identificazione dei decision makers
- Definizione di accordi e contratti commerciali
- Contribuisce al miglioramento dei processi di vendita
- Contribuisce alla definizione delle strategia di vendita e promozione dei prodotti a portafoglio
- Rileva e trasferisce in Azienda trend di mercato e richieste di evoluzione sui prodotti

Education: University bachelor degree in Ingegneria meccanica e/o Economia e Commercio
Professional background
- Ha lavorato in ruolo similare con almeno 5 anni di esperienza
- presso Aziende nel settore meccanico
- in ambito Vendite
Hard skills
Essential:
- conoscenza prodotti e applicazioni stazionarie e mobili nel settore meccanico, con particolare riferimento al portafoglio Power Transmission DANA
- esperienza tecnico-commerciale maturata nella gestione di Key Accounts
- ottima conoscenza lingua Inglese
- advanced Excel
- disponibilità a trasferte e viaggi, in Italia ed Europa
