As Senior Professional Product Developer you will collaborate with one of our largest Insurance customers. You will be involved on requirements gathering, designing, development, testing, maintenance, version upgrades, conversions, and migrations
We expect you to take ownership of your role, providing your expertise on processes improvement and best practices implementation, sharing your knowledge and ideas with the rest of the team.
You will be the face of DXC in front of our customer, and we trust that you will perform a great job understanding the customer needs to deliver robust, clean, and scalable solutions.
Job Functions
As Full stack developer you will be response of developing, modifying, testing, and supporting templates in Documaker for multiple Clients. The job functions involves:
- Performing Forms development & related activities on Oracle Documaker.
- Developing and maintains the business knowledge necessary to gain an understanding of the customer requirements.
- Identifying business requirements and tool capability match and report if there is a challenge.
Create Design documents and in the process evolve Design standards. - Performing Quality Assurance of Documaker design by mocking input data to cover all business scenarios
Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience:
- LIFE Insurance, production support AND Product Launch experience.
- Oracle Documaker version 11.5 or above. Oracle Documaker Studio MRL development (DAL scripting, forms composition, unit testing).
- Proficient in Documaker rules & overflow concepts.
- Forms Development (Static and Dynamic Forms).
- Data file Mapping & formatting.
- Automation of Code promotion using scripting, Lbysync, Lbrymanage, Lbyproc
File-based library generation & ODBC code promotion. - Experience working on Version Control systems, preferably GitHub.
- Proficient in building Complex documents like Statements and Policy Packets.
- Experience setting-up Documaker Jobs for Batch and Real-Time.
- Additional programming languages/skillsets like SQL, Visual Basic scripting, DAL scripting, XML.
- Familiar with PYTHON, VB SCRIPT.
- Knowledge of Jira or similar issue tracking system.
It will be nice to have experience with:
- GIT, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, SQL Server, CCM tool, HP Extream, Quadient and AWS.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Team player & capable of providing work direction to team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable representing team and communicating with clients in ticketing systems, emails and meetings.
- Comfortable working remotely with a global distributed team.
- Ability to understand the business and customer needs and act in the proper time and manner, keeping in mind our values, culture, and goals as a company, as well as your own professional ethics.
- Strong analytical aptitude, an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems.
- Decomposition of high-level information into details business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

- Remote work within the United States of America.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $94,600 - $142,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
