If you don't particularly enjoy mornings or people in general, as well as simple, straightforward tasks, then this position is perfect for you. Donut Finishers are responsible for icing, filling, and glazing pre-made donuts; popping pre-made croissant, bagel, and muffin dough into the ovens; cleaning up after themselves; and ensuring the quality of their products meet required standards to ensure customers receive what they're paying for. "Baking" at Dunkin' requires no baking skills or experience (only a commitment to producing quality product and ongoing learning).

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Reliable: without the baker/finisher, no product available next day
• Hard-Working: cares about producing visually pleasing products of standard-to-high quality knowing customers spend their hard-earned money on them
• Clean: keeps organized freezer & bakery area; THOROUGHLY cleans up after self & maintains orderly station
• Must be at least 18 years old, as this position is an evening solo shift on S. Nevada

DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Maintain clean/organized bakery area & product freezer by performing standard daily cleaning tasks (i.e. dishes, floors, trash, etc.) & one larger, weekly "deep-clean" task
• Review & closely follow daily Donut Order sheet (tells exactly what to make & how many; do not deviate unless communicated)
• Value & maintain strong communication between manager(s) & coworkers
• Able to self-motivate & work by self at night time
• Proudly produce quality product worth spending money on
• Plan around work schedule, be on time, show up to assigned shifts to ensure product available for sale
• Practice honesty & integrity on-shift with little to no supervision
• Work efficiently/successfully both by self or with partner when necessary

TENTATIVE SHIFT SCHEDULE:

• Rotating/changing weekly schedule (not always same days each week)
• Part-time position 1-2 shifts per week only (*_occasionally, you may work slightly more to cover vacations/personal request days)*_
• Weekend/open availability highly preferred, specifically Friday & Saturday availability
• Holiday availability highly preferred (Christmas, Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving Eve, day before annual National Donut Day)
• 4-9pm (tentative end-time)
