Lanti Performing Arts is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced drum instructor who loves working with children of all ages.

As a team, we aim to build an environment that inspires creativity and nurtures confidence while providing a strong musical foundation for our students. Our teachers are supported through excellent communication, training, team-building activities, and continuing education.

Team Member Qualifications:

• Teaching experience required
• Online teaching experience is a plus
• Be able to read standard notation and understand music theory
• Punctual, professional, and great with communication
• Ability to play multiple instruments is a plus
• Make a minimum one-year commitment to this position
• Currently live within a 30-minute commute (maximum) of Indian Trail & have reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Compensation: Based on experience

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
