Lincoln Tech inDenver, Coloradois seeking an Education Supervisor to oversee the HVAC and Electricalprograms and to help achieve Lincoln Tech's mission: To provide superior education and training to our students for in-demand careers in a supportive, accessible learning environment, transforming students' lives and adding value to their communities.This position is part of the campus management team and reports to the Academic Dean.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
- Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
- Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
- Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
- Be responsible for the management of the college fleet and upkeep of all machinery
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program
- Associate degree or equivalent education management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- 1+ year(s) of management experience
