ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Coordinate with purchasing agent status of inventory. Assist in inventory control. Notify when inventory gets low.
• Maintain a list of all inventory leaving the warehouse, pull orders, and Stock purchasing.
• Deliver products to job sites as needed.
• Review supplier deliveries and check packing lists. Report shortages to the purchasing agent.
• Obtain and organize daily materials orders from purchasing agents and coordinate delivery to the job site or palletize for pick up at the shop with job Foremen.
• Take inventories of trucks and containers on a quarterly basis and report to the purchasing agent.
• Manage other yard and warehouse staff.
• Maintain license for forklift and safety training.
• Active Driver s License.
• Ability to pass forklift training.
• Manage vehicle fleet
