As an Electronic Medical Records Nurse you are instrumental in ensuring our residents’ medical records are accurate and up to date. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Lake Zurich by securely and confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, scanning records into and assigning records appropriately in the electronic medical records system, reviewing residents electronic medical record for accuracy and handling requests for residents of medical records and ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detai lto ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois R.N. or L.P.N. license, be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, experience utilizing Point Click Care and one (1) year of clinical documentation experience. One (1) year of experience in a similar role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
