Job Title: ERP Data Migration Analyst

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and migrating data from legacy systems to new ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. You will work with members of the acquired company, as well as the extended integration team to define, collect, translate and load converted data into our target ERP.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills; you will be working with internal teams from a variety of areas including IT, Finance, Procurement, etc. You will also be working directly with staff from acquired companies to understand their data and processes and translate that to our target systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze legacy manufacturing data and identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies.

Map manufacturing data from acquired or legacy systems to our main ERP platform.

• Develop and execute manufacturing data migration plans, including data verification and validation.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing data migration issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them to ensure a smooth migration process.

• Develop and implement manufacturing data migration testing methodologies to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

• Create documentation of manufacturing data migration processes and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with manufacturing data privacy and security policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing ERP data migration.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing data structures.

• Experience in analyzing, mapping, and migrating manufacturing data from legacy systems to new ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $68.00 per hour
