Estimator
Summary: An estimator’s main responsibility is to estimate the amount of reinforcing steel needed along with other related construction materials for particular projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Read blueprints, create material takeoffs, and coordinate projects-
Estimating and Quoting materials to customers -
Coordinate with various entities to meet requirements of jobs.
Provide timely, accurate estimates of required reinforcing steel and other related materials per plans and specifications
Education and Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in a related field or equivalent education and experience.-
Project management skills a plus
DOT experience, a plus
